This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own server. The hosting provider keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept as long as needed for that purpose and then deleted.

E-mail and phone enquiries

When you write to us or call, we use your contact details and message to answer and, if a project follows, to prepare and perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed for these purposes, including any record-keeping that the law requires, and then delete them.

Job applications

Applications are used for the selection procedure and kept as long as needed for it, then deleted, unless you agree that we keep them for future positions.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to ipe@ipe.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
